If someone you know seems to be going through a tough time and struggling with their mental health, it’s only natural that you want to help, but many of us don’t know where to start. How do you know for sure that there is a problem? And what’s the best way to approach it once you are convinced there is? Some common signs include a general sense that they are not their normal selves.
